Frequently asked questions
Can I come without an appointment?
We work by appointment. Without one, a room and therapist may not be available; please call or message us on WhatsApp to reserve your time.
How are sessions for women and men arranged?
Female guests are served by female therapists and male guests by male therapists. Women's and men's session hours are listed on our website.
How many people does the hammam take?
Our hammam is small and private; it takes up to 2 people at a time and is reserved for you alone throughout your session.
What do I need to bring?
Nothing. We provide towels, slippers and all materials, and change them after every guest.
Where can I see the sessions left in my package?
Sign in to the "My account" page with your phone number to see your remaining sessions and past visits with dates and times.
I am pregnant or have a chronic condition. Can I have a treatment?
Please tell us before your appointment. Some treatments are not suitable in these cases; we may suggest consulting your doctor.
