Prime Spa offers professional care services only. Our rules for the safety of our guests and team.
Professional service
All services at Prime Spa are for professional care and relaxation only. Anyone who makes inappropriate requests, remarks or behaves inappropriately will be refused service, the session fee will not be refunded and legal action will be taken where necessary. Their phone numbers are permanently blocked.
Privacy
- Female guests are served by female therapists, male guests by male therapists.
- Treatments take place in private rooms; your body remains covered with a towel throughout the session.
- For your safety, the entrance and reception areas are recorded on camera. There are no cameras in the treatment rooms or the hammam.
- Your personal data is protected in line with data-protection law.
Cancellation policy
- You can cancel at least 3 hours before your appointment by phone, WhatsApp or on the My account page.
- No-shows without notice are recorded. In repeated cases, prepayment may be required for future bookings or a booking may be refused.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened.
Respect for our team
Our therapists are trained professionals. Disrespectful behaviour towards our team is never tolerated.
