Sales and refund conditions for services, packages, and gift vouchers purchased online from our website.
Parties

Buyer: The person making the payment from the site.
Subject
Sale and use of massage sessions, packages, or gift vouchers purchased online by the buyer from our site.
Payment
Payment is received from a credit/debit card via the PayTR secure payment infrastructure. Card information is not viewed or stored by us.
Performance of the Service
- Appointment payment is for the session at the selected date and time.
- Packages are valid for the period written on the package page from the date of purchase; remaining sessions are tracked from the My Account screen.
- Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year and used once.
Withdrawal and Refund
- For services to be provided on a specific date, the right of withdrawal exception may apply in accordance with the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
- If you cancel your appointment at least 3 hours in advance, your payment will be refunded or transferred to another day.
- You can request a refund for unused packages and gift vouchers within 14 days of purchase.
- Refunds are made to the card used for payment within 7–14 business days.
